Only two papers were selected under this call for papers that will be discussed in a parallel session on the 5th of November at the CMVM's Conference in celebration of its 30 anniversary, "Global Capital Markets. Understanding the future", with the intervention of Pierre-Henri Conac (Professor at the University of Luxembourg and at Max Planck Institute).

On the occasion of CMVM’s Annual Conference in celebration of its 30th Anniversary and in conjunction with the the 46th Annual Meeting of the International Organization of Securities Regulators (IOSCO), CIRSF, in partnership with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários, CMVM), will chair a research session on the impacts of digitalization in capital markets.
The conference “Global Capital Markets. Understanding the Future” (see more details at https://www.cmvm.pt/en/Comunicados/Comunicados/Pages/20210511y.aspx ) will take place on 4-5 November 2021, in Lisbon or in an online format should the pandemic conditions prevent physical meetings, and the research session “Digitalizing investment finance” will take place on the 5th November. This is an excellent opportunity for researchers, regulators and industry practitioners to present scholarly work to the top professionals in the field.
CIRSF, in partnership with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários, CMVM), is now publishing this call for papers to select up to 3 papers to be presented at the conference.
