Within the new Scientific Partnership with the European Banking Institute (EBI), of Frankfurt, that was disclosed by the occasion of the CIRSF Conference of the past 1st of June, the Coordinator of CIRSF intervenes as Speaker in the EBI Conference held in Malta on the 9th June (2017) organized in connection with the closing of the Maltese Presidency of the Council of EU (text of the Presentation may be downloaded here).
